- No registrations will be accepted without an accompanying payment.
- IAAE membership fees have to be paid in full prior to registration.
- Concessional rate applies only to senior members (over 65 years) and full time students (with a copy of student ID card or a proof of student status from educational institutions to the Organizing Secretariat, sent by fax or email).

Terms and Conditions:
- IAAE membership fees have to be paid in full, in order to register for this conference.
- The early bird registration fees will be applicable to those delegates who book and pay prior to deadline. Otherwise, higher registration fees will be charged.
- No registration can be confirmed without FULL PRE-PAYMENT, if you require an invoice, please indicate while registering.
- Should the registration unit not receive your payment, proof thereof or a credit card quarantee by June 30, 2009, your registration will be automatically be cancelled.
Financial Support for Participants
The IAAE has again secured sufficient funding to assist a large number of delegates from developing and transitional countries who have had their contributed papers accepted to attend the conference. IAAE Vice President-Program Johann Kirsten will manage the grants. For details, please visit IAAE website: www.iaae-agecon.org.
How to Register
Online registration is advised to all participants. Payment for registration fee and hotel deposit can be made in the following ways:
1. Credit card:
Only MasterCard, VISA, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese yuan. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. A 4% bank charge will be added to the amount to be billed for processing credit card transactions. To pay in advance, a payment form 
can be downloaded from the website. Please fill out and sign the form, and fax to the designated fax number.

The bank transfer should be made before July 31, 2009. All bank charges will be borne by the participant. In order to avoid any trouble in money transfer, please do send a copy of your remittance invoice or receipt by fax or email.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of registration received before July 15, 2009 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be paid if cancellations are received after July 15, 2009.
IAAE Membership Fees
As only current IAAE members will be eligible for the conference, it's suggested that participants confirm their membership status by visiting the IAAE website: www.iaae-agecon.org.
Membership fees must be paid directly to the IAAE.
Please do NOT pay the conference registration fee to the IAAE.
